Acceptance of terms
By creating an account and using EventsZawadi you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. One person, one account — accounts are not transferable.
Acceptable use
EventsZawadi is for personal social gifting. You may not use the app to harass, impersonate, or harm other users. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform.
Gift coordination
The app facilitates coordination between friends. All actual gift transactions happen outside the app. We are not responsible for any gifts that are not delivered, lost, or disputed between users.
Money gifts
Money gift features within the app are symbolic coordination tools. Any actual monetary transfer happens outside the app between users. We do not process payments.
Content
You own the content you add to your wishlists and profile. By adding content you grant us a licence to display it to the friends you choose to share it with, as required to operate the app.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. On termination all your data is permanently deleted.
Limitation of liability
EventsZawadi is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
